Pinyada - Events Come Alive1.7.14 - App Store

What is Pinyada?
Pinyada is an event management and social networking platform that empowers people to host events where guests can connect with each other. It combines core event management functionalities with social features, providing a unique value proposition for both guests and hosts.

How Does Pinyada Work?
A host creates an event on Pinyada and invites their guests to attend.
If the guest has not yet done so, they are prompted to create a brief profile wherein they choose what they are looking for (Friendship, Dating, or Networking).
The guest is then able to RSVP to the event. Once they do so, each guest that fits their criteria will appear in a grid format.
The guest is then able to “like” another guest. Upon doing so, the guest who has been liked will be notified. If the feeling is mutual, they can begin chatting!

What Makes Pinyada Special for Guests?
Enhanced Social Information: By providing insights into who will be attending an event, Pinyada enables guests to familiarize themselves with fellow attendees and plan meaningful interactions in advance. Everyone wants to know who’s coming, who’s single etc.-Pinyada is here to help.
Post-Event Connections: Pinyada enables guests to formalize the connections they made during an event, making it easier to stay in touch, collaborate, and build lasting relationships. This way, guests can be in the moment and not worry about acquiring phone numbers and social media handles.
Reduced Social Anxiety: Guests can engage in organic and spontaneous interactions with other attendees, without the anxiety often associated with meeting new people at events.

What Makes Pinyada Special for Hosts?
Pinyada provides hosts with a range of useful features, including:
Ticket Selling: Hosts can easily sell tickets for their events through the platform.
Text Blasts: Hosts can send out text blasts to invite their past guests to upcoming events.
Event-Specific Group Chat: Pinyada offers an event-specific group chat, allowing hosts and guests to communicate effectively and share event information.
Anonymized Guest Data Insights: Hosts can gain valuable insights from anonymized guest data, helping them make informed decisions and streamline event creation and management.
Enhanced Guest Networking: By fostering positive interactions among guests, Pinyada ensures a memorable and enjoyable event for guests, increasing the likelihood that they return.

By seamlessly integrating event management tools with social features, Pinyada simplifies event organization and enhances the overall attendee experience!
